Omi lies about living there in UK by telling them that he is a successful lawyer of London and has a mansion, Ferrari, etc. His cousin looks upto him with lots of respect, his aunt adores him but his grandfather is suspicious of him. Omi’s grandfather has lost his memory due to his old age and nobody else knows to prepare the chicken delicacy the same way.
Omi falls all over again in love with his childhood love. You have to watch how he finds his love and what finally he does. The chemistry of the leading roles, Kunal and Huma is outstanding. The story of this movie has brilliantly written and even has brilliant performances by everyone. Dialogues are also very humorously written adding Punjabi flavour to the movie. Dialogues are written by Sumit Bhatija. Dolly Ahluwalia as Buaji adds a unique touch to her character.

Aamir Khan’s recently released ‘Talaash’ had got a good start in the first weekend. But its Box Office collection has dropped at the domestic Box Office on Tuesday.
The psychological suspense thriller movie has roped in a total of Rs. 59.6 crores nett at the Indian Box Office in five days. However, the Box Office collection of Talaash in the domestic market had dropped drastically by 55% on the first Monday itself. It further dropped on the next day.
Reema Kagti directorial debut has collected Rs. 14.52 crores on day one, Rs. 16.37 crores on day two, and on day three (Sunday), it collected Rs. 18.1 crore, taking the total weekend collection to Rs. 48.99 crores. On Monday, it roped in Rs 6.74 crores and Rs 5.72 crores on Tuesday. The moment Aamir’s name is attached to the movie; you know it will do well at the Box Office. But ‘Talaash’ have got a low opening by the standards Aamir’s past releases have set.
Though it’s doing well at the box-office, ‘Talaash’ hasn’t managed to live up to the expectations of an Aamir Khan-starrer film. Trade analyst Vikas Mohan says, “The weekend really good for our film, but it not as huge as we thought it could be.”
But, exhibitor-distributor Akshaye Rathi says, “Aamir Khan’s name in opening credits of a film is nothing different from an ISO mark on a can of cola when it comes to the perceptions of critics and a large section of the movie-going audience. Though the promos of the film had indicated that it caters to a relatively niche audience (metros and the multiplexes primarily), it has found a collectible audience in the tier two cities as well.”
1920 Evil Returns is in the horror film written by Vikram Bhatt and directed by Bhushan Patel. It casts Aftab Shivdasani (as Jaidev Verma), Tia Bajpai (as Smruti), Sagar Saikia (Spirit) and Vidya Malvade (as Karuna).
The film revolves around Jaidev Verma who is a famous poet. He lives the life of a loner. He lives with his sister Karuna who is a big support for him. One day, he finds a girl, Smruti under mysterious circumstances of being possessed at a nearby lake and brings her back home. However, Karuna doesn’t want Smruti to stay as she senses something wrong with her. But Jaidev insists to let her stay till she gets well. Jaidev finds out that Smruti has lost her memory and does not remember anything. She has no idea what has happened to her.
To get her treated, Jaidev decides to take Smruti to a famous hospital in Shimla. They leave for Shimla. But on their way, while resting in guest house, strange haunting sounds start arising. Smruti gets possessed by a spirit (Sagar Saikia).
The movie is brilliantly plotted. After Raaz, 1920, Haunted, Shaapit and Raaz 3D, Vikram Bhatt has come up with another amazingly written horror film.
Akshay shot in Chandni Chowk for his next movie, Boss. This is the place where Akshay spent half of his childhood.
Blue, directed by Anthony D’Souza, is an action film in which Akshay is a kind-hearted gangster. Akshay shot a chase sequence there with his junior artists and a body double. Later, he went to shoot at the Kalkaji Temple at South Delhi.
Akshay was dressed in a green jacket and a black kurta and denims for the sequence. The chase sequence had bicycles, rickshaws, thelas, battered old scooters and plastic cans. An Eighteen-year-old, Shivam Singh, an on-looker said,” Akshay was just amazing. The last time we spotted him here was during the shooting of Special Chabbis, when he shot in the same roads of Gali Guliyan in Vakil Pura.”
Akshay also shot in the Khari Baoli area for the chase sequence. An on-looker said,” I saw Akshay jumping from a three-storey building in the main market. He was all tied up in a harness, cables & safety equipment.”
Well, lets hope our Khiladiyon Ke Khiladi will be the ‘Boss’ of 2013.
